Maintenance Supervisor

Description: This position is for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor who has general maintenance work and supervisory experience.

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Maintenance Supervisor ensures that maintenance and facility issues are repaired or completed, which includes internal and external maintenance, directing work for maintenance staff, and tracking project completion. Technician will work within any of our 8 facilities within central, eastern, and western Indiana. Please note that although not directly involved in the treatment of pediatric clients and patients, the same company, state, and federal regulations apply to any staff applying for a position within the company, including a full State Police criminal background check.

Schedule: General work hours will be 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday, but schedule is subject to business needs.


  • Manage, track, and report on work orders

  • Direct work of maintenance staff

  • Manage expenses of materials and supplies

  • General maintenance duties as assigned

  • Drywall repair

  • Painting

  • Light janitorial duties

  • Light electrical and plumbing

  • HVAC

  • Grounds maintenance/lawn maintenance

  • Demonstrate respect to employees, parents, and children

  • Support and follow company decisions and direction relative to matters of policy and administrative directives

  • Work as a team player

  • Demonstrate ability to deal with sensitive and important issues in a tactful and professional manner


  • 2-3 Years of facilities maintenance supervisory work experience

  • 2-3 Years of drywall repair, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience

  • Residential remodeling skills a plus

  • High school diploma or general equivalency

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Physical ability to repeatedly walk up and down steps

  • Some limited lifting capability of up to 75 lbs

  • General maintenance knowledge and skills

  • Some computer experience required (Outlook, Excel)

  • Passing a State Police full criminal background check is a must
