Director of Marketing

Description: The Director of Marketing is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan and executing on tactical communications, advertising, and social media to capitalize on market opportunities and generate awareness and demand for our services.

Director of Marketing will need to build a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing plan that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of enrollment inquiries, and measures the return on marketing plan investments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, technically savvy, and have impeccable communication and leadership skills.

The Director of Marketing should help achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.


  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan

  • Implement plan with assistance of executive team

  • Manage the creation of all marketing and advertising materials

  • Manage outside vendors

  • Manage social media sites and their continuous messaging

  • Be accountable for measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns

  • Contribute to the enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management processes

  • Perform market segmentation, targeting & positioning for the markets that we serve

  • Work directly with the Director of Enrollment to ensure conversion of potential clients

  • Liaison with potential community partners

  • Analyze and develop online/offline search engine optimization process; advertising, public relations, social media, and community

  • Develop and oversee the company’s social media plan and implementation

  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Relevant Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience

  • Minimum of 5 years computer and marketing software experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of social media marketing experience

  • Special needs/autism industry experience, preferred

  • Website management experience (Squarespace would be a plus)

  • Must pass a full criminal background check
