Funding

Health Insurance:

This is the most prevalent funding source for ABA programs in Indiana, unlike many other states. Private Health Insurance Companies such as Anthem, Cigna, United Health Care, Advantage, and Sagamore Health Network will often pay for ABA therapy.

Indiana is one of only a few states to have an Autism Insurance Mandate.

To find out more, please fill out the inquiry form or contact us at (317) 849-5437.

We strongly suggest contacting us immediately, as it can take time to get approval and coverage for services.

Treatment Plan

The treatment plan of care letter must be written by a physician.
A pediatrician, developmental pediatrician, psychiatrist, or neurologist is able write a plan of care for your child. A psychologist is usually not able to write a plan of care.
It is important that your plan of care include certain keys words: Autism is a "neurological condition", your requested services are "medically necessary", and the treatment plan is labeled as a "treatment plan". In addition, the treatment plan should be on the physician's letterhead.

The following is an example for one to follow, however may need to be changed depending upon the individual child
